Home Buyers and Sellers choose me as their Real Estate Agent for my patient, straightforward and enthusiastic approach. I love helping Buyers identify which qualities are most important to them and using my expertise to locate that special house they'll call "Home." Educating First Time Buyers and equipping them with knowledge so that can confidently proceed with their home purchase is a passion of mine. For Sellers, I excel in the process of getting the property ready to go on the market in the most expedient, cost-effective manner as possible as well as developing a thoughtful, data-driven sales strategy that will achieve the highest possible net proceed from the home sale.

As a resident of the San Ramon Valley for over 40 years I have developed a deep love for it. My life-long knowledge of the area has proven invaluable, particularly when assisting non-native Californians with relocations. I'm fluent in the different dialects of the local schools, neighborhoods, youth sports and everything else that makes real estate in the East Bay work the way it does.
 

With nearly 25 years of sales and marketing experience with Fortune 500 companies such as SBC, to medium-sized businesses like John Muir, to start-ups, it's exciting to be able to leverage my extensive sales, marketing and negotiating skills in the real estate industry.
